Working in a senior technology role within a global organisation brings complexity from multiple directions – leadership expectations, stakeholder relationships, difficult decisions and the need to deliver through others.
The client wanted space to step back from immediate pressures, explore different perspectives and think more deliberately about how they approached key leadership situations.
The approach
Through one-to-one executive coaching, we worked with the situations that mattered most at the time.
Rather than following a fixed programme, conversations focused on live challenges – creating space to test assumptions, explore alternative approaches and consider how different choices might affect both the situation and the people involved.
The emphasis throughout was on turning reflection into practical action.
